Founded in early 2024 by Hilary Ann Miners and based in New York City, HAM is a full-service interior design studio bringing hospitality, retail, and commercial brands to life locally and abroad.
We partner with leading clients across food & beverage, beauty, cannabis, and luxury goods to build expressive, brand-specific environments. From neighborhood cafés and pop-ups to global flagships and destination restaurants, our designs have thoughtful cohesion across all physical, visual, and experiential touchpoints.
Treating your concept and its narrative with individuality, we draw from your story to craft a unique aesthetic that fosters a dialogue between product and place, values and experience. Our multi-disciplinary expertise spans interior design, branding, and graphic design to shape every part of your world.
Meet the founder

Hilary Ann Miners is a designer and architect known for her convivial, refined style and award-winning work in hospitality and retail. With two decades of experience, she brings a distinct creative point of view, deep technical fluency, and client-focused collaboration to every project. She founded her namesake studio to create bold, beautiful environments that are tailored to the brand, balanced in context, color, and unexpected details.
From the earliest days of her career at Pompei A.D. designing prototypes for retail giant Anthropologie, Hilary learned firsthand the impact of visual storytelling and brand continuity in the physical environment. Most recently, Hilary was the SVP of Environment Design at Brand Bureau, an AvroKO company, where she spearheaded award-winning work for best-in-class hospitality visionaries such as Chef Stephanie Izard, cult beauty brand Sunday Riley, and national bank Capital One.
Hilary holds both a Masters of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis.
