A 120-year old landmark transformed into a stylized fast casual for Michelin-starred Chef Lee Wolen

Inspired by the dining room and home kitchen where Chef Wolen first served his rotisserie chicken, the design elegantly evolves iconic residential and open pantry details through the lens of the brand’s cheeky tone, vibrant color palette and playful chicken mark. Completed for Brand Bureau.
