A three martini lunch, set to a soundtrack of Italo disco. Recente (reh-CHEN-teh) is an Italian restaurant and aperitivo bar sun-kissed by the Australian coast. HAM transformed the former ‘Cacio e Pepe’ space into an environment where early-70s coastal glamour meets chic downtown minimalism. This aesthetic comes alive in the details—the rhythmic wave of the sconce lights, the burled wood texture of the banquette backs, and the repetitive reflective mirrored paneling.
