A bespoke, crafted Japanese and Robata restaurant for Chef Gene Kato
Inspired by Japanese Tea Houses, Scandinavian artistry and nods to the sea – we created a softer and lighter aesthetic derived from “cousin” restaurant Momotaro. The restaurant includes a bar, sushi counter and private dining. Completed for Brand Bureau.
